We had a wonderful stay at Tudor House in Battle. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the town, just a five-minute walk from the Abbey, making it perfect for exploring the area. The suite we stayed in was beautifully furnished and equipped with eco-friendly high-quality toiletries. The extra touches, such as the croissants, orange juice, and coffee provided by the hosts, made us feel right at home. We also appreciated the excellent library and the friendly welcome from Tamsin, Ed, and their doggies. Tudor House offered a touch of class and made our stay truly enjoyable.
Do recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a charming apartment in a great location, owned by the friendly folks at the lifestyle shop below. The apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated, with a very comfy bed and excellent bathroom. The best part was the thoughtful welcome pack, which included tea, coffee, croissants, milk, juice. Free parking was also a bonus! I would highly recommend this place.
One small drawback was the absence of a microwave, which would have been convenient. However, this was probably my oversight and did not greatly impact my stay.

The hosts are welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests have mentioned the convenient parking and peaceful location. The flat includes a thoughtful welcome pack, and if needed, the hosts promptly assist with any forgotten items.
Some guests mentioned a preference for a softer bed, and the absence of a microwave was unexpected.
